GHOUL FIGHT
The party started off with a vicious battle with some ghouls. It was a good battle with a lot of back and forth but ultimately the ghouls lost and our party managed to survive.
STRALDIR’S MOMENT WITH THE STATUE AND THE ORB
Once they finished the battle with the ghouls, they found a room with a pair of statues. One was a man holding an orb and the other was a wolf standing next to him. Straldir ran over to the orb and picked it up… a bright light momentarily blinded the room and then Straldir was down on the ground. Thaldir managed to shake him awake and although shook up, Straldir seemed fine.
MEET THE DURST’S
They then made their way and found the body of Mr. Durst on the ground. Then they fought the ghast of Mrs. Durst.
LAYING THE BONES TO REST
Exhausted after all the fights, they made their way back through the catacombs and laid Rose and Thorns bones to rest.
Aydin seemed to struggle with wanting to throw in Roses diary, but after a little talk they saw him toss a book into the crypt and then decided to try and sleep in the old cultist quarters to regain their strength before they ventured down further into the catacombs. They went back to the room with the well and slept in the beds to regain their strength.
DEEPER INTO THE CATACOMBS
Upon awakening and feeling fully refreshed they decided they needed to move down further into the catacombs and so used they key they found in the room where they fought Elisabeth Durst.
STRANGE OBJECTS
The party went downstairs to the second level of the catacombs. They found a room containing a variety of objects on shelves. Then they found an old jail type area and the bones of a dead body who wore a ring.
ONE MUST DIE
They backtracked and then went into a chamber and fought the flesh mound – walter. Where they freed him and reunited him with his brother and sister (Rose and Thorn). That’s when the house began to fight back. We ended the session there.
What will happen next?
